For sale here is a circa late 1940’s early 1950’s industrial Floor fan. It is the VORNADO model (amazing name!) manufactured in Toronto by the Alliance Motors Co. It features an amazing streamlined designed that clearly was modeled on the cowl of a Spitfire or other World War Two Propellor Fighter Plane front end. Adjustable heights from 5 ft to just under 7ft tall. Fan swivels and tilt to face any direction including straight up. Fan speed is adjustable and can get really strong if you crank it. This could also be converted to a fantastic lamp if you are so inclined. It is just such a stunning piece.
